2. Scope of the Explicit Consent

Alpha Vera International is an intermediary organisation coordinating communication and organisation processes within international health tourism. Alpha Vera International does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment or any medical procedure directly.

In order for your health tourism request to be assessed and the related organisation processes to be carried out, it may be necessary to process certain personal and special category personal data that you share with us.

The following data may be processed in this context:

  • Statements regarding your state of health,
  • Information about past or current conditions,
  • Medication used and allergy information,
  • Photographs and video recordings,
  • X-ray, tomography and other imaging records,
  • Tests, analyses and reports,
  • Assessments and treatment plans prepared by the relevant healthcare institutions,
  • Other health information necessary for carrying out the health tourism process.

3. Explicit Consent for the Processing of Health Data

I give my explicit consent to Alpha Vera International Turizm Limited Şirketi processing the health information, photographs, X-rays, tomography records, tests and reports that I share, for the purpose of assessing my treatment request and carrying out health tourism intermediary services.

I acknowledge that I have been informed that this data may be processed only to the extent necessary for assessing my health tourism request, contacting the relevant healthcare institution and carrying out the organisation processes.

4. Explicit Consent for the Transfer of Data to Authorised Healthcare Institutions

I give my explicit consent to my application details and the health data necessary for this purpose being shared with healthcare facilities authorised by the Ministry of Health and the relevant healthcare professionals who will assess my request, for the purposes of assessing my treatment request, carrying out a medical evaluation, preparing a treatment plan and providing a price quotation.

I acknowledge that I have been informed that the sharing will be limited to the necessary data and to the purpose of assessing my application.

5. Communication and Technology Services Based Abroad

Where WhatsApp, Meta, Google, foreign servers, e-mail infrastructure or similar services based outside Türkiye are used during the health tourism process, some personal data may be processed abroad.

Transfers abroad are carried out within the framework of the conditions and appropriate safeguards provided for in the applicable data protection legislation.

6. Consent Is Freely Given and May Be Withdrawn

Explicit consent is based on free will.

If you do not give explicit consent, no processing based on explicit consent will be carried out. However, if the health data necessary for assessing your request cannot be processed or transferred to the relevant healthcare institution, it may not be possible to carry out the health tourism coordination process.

You may withdraw the consent you have given at any time.

Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out on the basis of consent before the withdrawal.
