How We Work
At Alpha Vera International we work with healthcare institutions in a range of specialist fields with which our company has a cooperation or protocol relationship. Assessment, diagnosis, treatment decisions and medical procedures are carried out entirely by the relevant authorised healthcare institutions and healthcare professionals.
Our role is to organise the different stages of a person’s health tourism journey through a single point of coordination and to provide communication support before arrival in Türkiye, throughout the stay and, where necessary, afterwards.
Transparent communication, accurate guidance and sustainable partnerships sit at the centre of how we work. Our aim is not merely to arrange a trip, but to build a professional coordination bridge between international patients and trusted healthcare institutions.
Patient Meetings and Information Events Abroad
As part of its health tourism activities, Alpha Vera International also organises patient meetings and information events abroad. Through these events we enable international patients to communicate directly with our partner authorised healthcare institutions in Türkiye and to obtain information about the health tourism process face to face.
All operational processes are managed by us, including planning the event, choosing the location, managing appointments, communicating with participants, providing interpreting support and coordinating with the healthcare institutions.
The Limits of Our Service
Alpha Vera International is an international health tourism facilitator and does not provide healthcare services directly. Medical diagnosis and treatment services are provided by independent healthcare facilities authorised by the Ministry of Health with which our company holds a protocol.
